How the Metroway Loyalty Program Works (MetrowayPlus)

 

Our loyalty program MetrowayPlus is uniquely designed to reward you for both your long-term commitment and your current partnership with us. This means you have two distinct ways to earn benefits, which combine to create your total status.

 

1. Your Loyalty Tenure (The Years)

This is your permanent status that recognises your long-term commitment to Metroway.

 

How it Works: For every 365 days you have an eligible service with us, you gain one Loyalty Year.

We Value Your History: Your time is cumulative and does not need to be continuous.

We're always glad to have you back, and you'll pick up right where you left off.

The Reward: As you accumulate years, you will rise in rank (e.g., Year I, Year II, Year V), unlocking permanent discounts and privileges that grow with your tenure.

 

2. Your Member Tier (The Colours)

This is your dynamic status that reflects the current depth of your partnership with us.

 

How it Works: Your tier is determined by your monthly spend and the number of services you've bundled with us. The Tiers: Blue > Silver > Gold > Platinum.

 

The Reward: Each higher tier unlocks its own powerful set of immediate benefits and discounts.

Stay Up-to-Date: Because this tier is based on your current services, it's reviewed every 3 months. This means it can move up or down based on your activity, ensuring you're always on the right tier for your needs.

 

The Best of Both Worlds. This two-part system ensures all our valued customers are recognised. A new customer who bundles multiple services can immediately enjoy the benefits of a Platinum tier, while a long-time 10-year (X) customer is rewarded for their deep loyalty, even with a simple plan.

 

A customer who is both—for example, a "Platinum Member" with a "Year V" tenure—receives the combined benefits of both.
